We offer free test rides. We reserve the right to refuse test rides without providing a reason. A rider needs to leave ID in the store and must be a minimum 16 years of age, and wear a helmet (we lend you one). The rider is responsible for any damage to the demo bike or any other damage caused.
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and personal local checks with valid ID.
Our manufacturers require that we record an address and phone number in case of a recall. We never provide your information to anyone else.
Service and Repairs
Our service departments are set up to handle warranty, service and repairs promptly for our own bike customers.
Brompton and eZee folders are prepped in our Los Angeles service center and ship directly to the retail customer: 'Just unpack, unfold and ride!' while they must subsequently be checked by a bicycle shop to assure safety.
eZee full sized models ship c/o the customer's local bike shop for assembly, adjustment and warranty activation.
Bromptons are shipped throughout the U.S. while eZees are shipped within the contiguous 48 states only.
For in-store purchases, we'll gladly expend any reasonable amount of time and effort to assist the customer in making the right choice for him or her. If you need to talk to us several times about a purchase please do. If you need to test ride several bikes several times you are w elcome to do so. Ours is a non-pressure sales environment. If we have reservations about your prospective purchase you have our promise that we'll say so. In view of this we do not subsequently accept the return of a product beyond what may be stipulated in the specific manufacturer's warranty. For shipped bikes, we will accept the return of an unridden bike in it’s original packaging within 15 days of purchase. There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned bikes plus the cost of the return shipping.
